Coaching Staff
Phil Peckich
Phil Peckich leads the Black Hawks with passion, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Appointed head coach in 2023, he took over after serving as offensive coordinator during a 10-win season that ended in a WPIAL semifinal appearance in the Allegheny Six Conference.
A Pittsburgh native, Peckich was a four-year varsity starter at running back and defensive back at Montour High School. He continued his career at the University of Pittsburgh under Dave Wannstedt, Todd Graham, and Paul Chryst, then transferred to Robert Morris University to play for Joe Walton.
He began coaching at Montour High School before joining the Bethel Park staff. Today he emphasizes accountability, toughness, discipline, and a team-first culture, with a mission that extends well beyond Friday nights. Proudly #BuiltByBethel.
